New puppy? Don’t forget the most important part of puppy ownership, puppy vaccines. Protect your puppy from deadly diseases that could make your puppy very sick, causing life threatening illness. Below you will find the schedule in which most puppies receive their core vaccines.

* Make sure to always work with your vet to schedule your puppies vaccination schedule according to your local area recommendations.

  • 6-8 Week Vaccinations:

  • Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus (the "DA2PP" or "DHPP" vaccine):

  • Parainfluenza: Often included in the DA2PP/DHPP

  • Bordetella bronchiseptica: (Kennel cough)

  • 9-12 Weeks:

  • DA2PP/DHPP Booster: A second dose is usually given to strengthen the puppy's immune response.

  • Leptospirosis: (Lepto)

  • Canine Coronavirus

  • 14-16 Weeks:

  • DA2PP/DHPP Booster:

  • Rabies: Required by law, usually given at 4months (16 weeks old)

Boosters of the core vaccines are usually given every one to three years.
